Gamola Golf distribute all orders from our 15,000 square foot warehouse in Aberdeen, Scotland. Our aim is to ship all orders within 1 working day from the time of order and deliver to you in an efficient and fast as way as possible.
For our UK orders, we will ship your order via either Royal Mail or DPD.

International Delivery
If you are outside the UK, or wish to have the item delivered to a non UK address, there is additional postage to pay.
The checkout process will automatically calculate the cost for you based on the order weight.
International shipments are shipped either by royal mail airmail delivery which within Europe is typically a 4-7 working day delivery or 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.
Packages that don't qualify for our small package rates, will be shipped via courier using either DPD or Fedex. These shipping rates can be found below for our more popular destinations and we now also offer free international delivery on select countries. The table below shows the threshold that this will apply.

BREXIT Update
Following Brexit in January 2021, where the UK left the EU, taxes and duty became applicable for customers within the EU when receiving packages from the UK.
We have now managed to implement a frictionless delivery option via DPD and Fedex, meaning that we will prepay any import taxes and duty charges on your behalf. The VAT charges have been added on during checkout so you will have nothing more to pay.
For businesses within the EU looking to purchase, it is most likely better not to use the frictionless option detailed above, but instead purchase free from VAT and then pay VAT and Duty upon import so that you can reclaim the VAT. To do this please contact us at sales@gamolagolf.co.uk
Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Gamola Golf. you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, the return postage costs will be covered by you.
If you wish to cancel your order or return your items please contact us in writing or by email to sales@gamolagolf.co.uk quoting your order number.
We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom fit golf clubs and personalised items unless faulty or covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
