Through using a heavier Swing Speed Trainer, you can develop the muscles necessary for a controlled and speedy swing. A Speed Trainer is a great tool for adding speed and distance to your swing speed without ever needing to hit a ball.

Can be used interchangeably with all Pure2Improve Swing Speed Weights.
This trainer is optimised for use with the 70 weight.
