Ping i540 Iron Set - 5-9-PW AWT 3.0 STIFF Blue Dot

Ping i540 Iron Set (5-9, PW, AWT 3.0 Stiff, Blue Dot) delivers players' distance in a sleek, compact profile, blending hot ball speeds, high launch and stopping power for skilled golfers seeking forgiveness without compromise.

The Ping i540 Iron Set – 5 through 9-iron, Pitching Wedge – combines a maraging steel C300 face with a multi-material 17-4 stainless body and tungsten toe/heel weighting (5-7 irons) to create metalwood-like ball speeds, higher launch and optimised spin for maximum carry distance and green-holding performance. A patent-pending inR-Air cavity pocket behind the thinner, shallower face improves impact sound and feel while allowing greater flex for consistent speed across the face, even on slight mishits.

Fitted with Ping AWT 3.0 Stiff steel shafts (ascending weight technology for smoother tempo and tighter dispersion) and Blue Dot lie angle (1° upright from standard Black for taller players or those with upright swings), this set offers precise gapping, workability and a clean, blade-like look at address with minimal offset. The refined wedge design in the PW provides excellent turf interaction and spin control for precise scoring shots.

Ideal for low-to-mid handicappers who want tour-inspired shaping with hidden game-improvement tech, the i540 delivers explosive distance, consistent carry distances and a solid, responsive feel that inspires confidence on every approach.
